You can do so yourself in your subscription profile, or you can let us know at [email protected] and we will send you a link.
Your 3 year warranty applies since the buyout date, not since the start of your subscription.
What if the bulb breaks?
You send us the broken product back, we send you a new one. You have an unlimited warranty while your subscription is active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You send us the products back to Sázavská 2031/32, Prague 2 Vinohrady, 120 00 Czech Republic. We then cancel your subscription and return your deposit.
